Quick friendly in and out visit
Everyone was friendly and efficient. I appreciated their care and referral to a specialist.
The nurse didn’t listen well to what I had to say. She forgot to add a prescription that we talked about during the visit to the discharge paperwork. I had to get the discharge paperwork redone to include the prescription that was forgotten.

Staff were nice but not attentive. Doctor came into room and stayed maybe 3 minutes. Said my Covid results came back negative, so I asked about the flu and strep test. She didn’t even know they swabbed me for those. Said she’d be back and never came back. Thanks to MyChart I was able to see I texted positive for Flu A. No one mentioned it. Total $149 for 30 min visit. Called prior to visiting to see if drop-ins were welcome or if an appt is required, response from staff was short and not helpful. Once there, check in was short and unwelcoming. Staff who took my vitals was the first kind/welcoming encounter, and I had no issues with the NP S.Hawkins on site as she was also very kind and helpful. Got called back right away but got forgotten about and ended up sitting 1 hour and 20 minutes before deciding to leave.

The provider displayed dismissive behavior during my visit. They gave care instructions while walking out the door and shared test results while standing halfway in the hallway and the exam room, which I believe is a HIPAA violation. The interaction felt impersonal, and I didn’t feel listened to or that my concerns were valued. Overall, I was very disappointed with the experience.
