I had an appointment scheduled for 6:00 PM. When I arrived, the waiting room was packed due to several emergencies, which was completely understandable. From the moment I walked in, everyone was polite, professional, and genuinely apologetic about the wait. Erika and Judy, the PSRs at the front counter, were especially helpful and professional.
