Dr. Melendez and all the nurses were welcoming, asked great questions, and were very thorough. We appreciated the smiling faces and care.
Very thorough…took my appointment tight away…and completed my therapy in due time
Very long wait time even though I was there at 8:00 a.m. with no one in the waiting room. Also, excessive wait time between providers. Exam room looked dirty with marks on the wall although it's a new facility. It appeared the socializing of the staff was more important than getting the patient in and out in a timely manner.

The website is not user-friendly. So, I was a walk-in, after waiting 2hrs with no more than 4 people before me, I waited.
