Had a 3 pm appointment. Was put in a room after having vitals taken at 3:10 pm. Finally around 3:50 pm a lady knocked on the door to get me for x-rays on my elbow. I told her I thought they forgot about me. She said she had to drive from Woodruff to do the x-rays. I waited 40 minutes on that. They should tell you upon check-in that they don't have an x-ray person on site all at times. It also needs to be posted on the website so people know prior to making appointments if they need an x-ray done. I came there instead of dri... read more

I had an appointment scheduled for 6:00 PM. When I arrived, the waiting room was packed due to several emergencies, which was completely understandable. From the moment I walked in, everyone was polite, professional, and genuinely apologetic about the wait. Erika and Judy, the PSRs at the front counter, were especially helpful and professional.
