I just learned tonight from my older daughter that I could very easily have my teenager seen at urgent care by simply logging on to the Prisma site and signing up for one of the several open slots, starting within the next 45 minutes, for a virtual visit! I didn't have to rush all the way there to make sure we made it in before they closed! I didn't have to sit and wait in any waiting rooms! The link up was easy and convenient I had hurt myself… Dr was very helpful knowing that I needed help with inflammation and pain It’s nice knowing that I could contact someone who could do virtual thank goodness bc I couldn’t move well or drive anywhere

For the symptoms I'm having, being able to have a virtual visit was great. I didn't have to drive to and from urgent care, wait in a waiting room, wait in an exam room, etc. My visit started on time, and my clinician was efficient, professional and friendly.
