The virtual health visit was excellent. I was scared to death that I would have to live with pain of a UTI for three or four days because of the sleet and freezing rain on the ground. The doctor-Alberto I think was his name- was thorough, precise, and understanding. I have a bad case of shingles, and he helped me with both medications for a UTI and for the continuing pain with the shingles. It was great. The connection was smooth. The physician was very helpful. And the process worked seamlessly. The only thing I noticed was it said the session was ready 30 minutes before it actually was. It didn’t throw me off but might for a different person.
