The PA listened and assessed me efficiently and to my satisfaction. Being able to schedule a televisit was great. Not deathly ill, but did not want to get dressed and travel to an office. PA was on time and I was finished with the visit in much less time than it would have taken in person. Felt the PA was very open and responsive to me. Will definitely use this service again in the future if possible .
