I spoke with Tracy today, an excellent customer representative. She treated me with respect and kindness, and she answered all of my questions with genuine care. I truly appreciated the way she helped me, and because of her support, I was able to see a doctor. Thank You, Tracy.

Tracy called to make sure they had all my information prior to my virtual appointment. She was extremely kind, empathetic and helpful. You could tell she knew her job very well, but still cared about the patients even though she was just speaking to me over the phone. She also provided me with detailed instructions which left me with no questions or concerns about how the process would go.
