Very easy process and very friendly PA. Thankful for this service

PA there on time. Quick easy. Listened to my concerns. Great visit.
Once signed in and waiting for the doc I wasn’t 100% comfortable that everything was set up correctly. I had a 10 min wait- which isn’t a big deal- but I wasn’t sure that I had done everything correctly. A simple statement that the wait could be xx minutes on the screen would have relieved that stress. 😊 maybe it’s just my lack of confidence in the technology-

So fast and efficient with a caring provider!
Chastity was very kind and patient. The virtual appt is super helpful but it was not working on my phone and I couldn’t find a contingent way to contact the provider. It would be great to have a second option or the provider will call if the virtual attendance doesn’t work out. I was lucky to get to my laptop in time.
