I had a virtual visit , it was great ! I did not feel well enough to get out in the cold . Stacey Chase took the time to listen to all of my concerns. She do an excellent job.

I highly recommend Prisma Health virtual urgent care. The nurse practitioner was friendly and professional. The last thing I wanted to do was leave the house, when I have the flu. The virtual visit was so convenient, I highly recommend.
Provider listened throughly, asked about any past medical history, and current concerns I had. We created a plan together that I felt comfortable with and she explained what follow up should look like if I not get better.

Quick and to the point. A lot better than going into the office particularly since I don’t feel well.
It was a virtual visit and worked very well for the infection I had.
The whole process from scheduling, to bill payment, to the appointment itself was super easy! I highly recommend to anyone that doesn't want to spend a long time waiting in urgent care on the weekend.
