I had a video visit about an existing sinus infection with a cough that was getting worse. I was already on antibiotics. Dr prescribed what I needed to start getting better within a few hours. This was the easiest visit ever and a great was in my case to do it at home.
Everything was great. I was able to voice my concerns with the doctor while she gave back positive advice. I really enjoy the virtual video with the doctor.
Great timing. Very easy to connect. NP was very professional and understanding about my symptoms. Would use this option again when appropriate.
