Listened to my concerns
I received the medications that I needed to treat my infection. However, I was disappointed in the level of care of the FNP. As a fellow nurse, the interview lacked appropriate questions to fully diagnose my condition. Regarding medication therapy, no patient education was provided. Only questions about which pharmacy to send it to were asked.
Felt very comfortable talking with NP. She was very professional and helpful. Great video visit
