Able to help with my issue
First time to experience a virtual visit. It was on time and my concern was addressed. The health provider even spoke w our pharmacist to be sure the prescription was in stock.
She was almost 15 minutes late initiating the call. Her bedside could use some work.

My wife gave me COVID while my primary care physician was out on vacation. I was able to get an appointment with Prisma within minutes of finding out that I tested positive for COVID with a home test kit. I was able to do a virtual visit which made it even more convenient for me. The doc at Prisma prescribed the meds that I need to get me through this COVID adventure. I would definitely recommend and will use again in the future if needed.
