One of the few virtual providers that would see a baby. The process was easy and the visit went well. We were able to get our prescription within 10mins!
Fast, convenient, and helpful
Diagnosed strep and prescribed a good antibiotic. I was really suffering and the call saved me.
I was able to be seen quickly and had my questions answered thoroughly.

Easy to use, doctor was nice and knowledgeable, got meds I needed
It was nice to have a virtual option. Not having to get dressed and come in to wait in a lobby, when you don't feel good and you know the doctor doesn't need vitals or toughing to help you was great. However, this is not a higher rating because the technology was lacking. My appointmentwaa at 10:40am. It took several attempts for the Dr. to link due to no volume. He finally had to call my husband's phone to talk to me and then view my issue from my cell. Not very efficient.
The doctor was pleasant, friendly, and knowledgeable. He listened to my concerns and was very reassuring.
