It was great! My service provider was very nice and knowledgeable. Much easier than having to go in to urgent care or a doctor's appointment. I made an appointment and got seen hours later.
Very kind, listened to my concerns and addressed them promptly.
Best experience ever!! When we had difficulty connecting and opening up the virtual visit someone called and walked us through the process. Although I was not able to see the doctor she was able to see me. Very thorough, and easy to understand.
