I'm so grateful for the televisit option! What a gift to people who are sick - to not have to sit in a waiting room for hours. The doctor who helped me was so kind and appropriately quick! I will use virtual urgent care again!

Appt was easy to get and began on time. Not sure why but I had to keep putting my verification code in because it would not go to the appt when I clicked the button. This made me anxious that my appointment would cancel. After receiving several codes, my appointment finally started.
