I’m old enough to know when I have a sinus infection. I loved that the doctor did not question when I told her why I thought it was a sinus infection and what I had done to treat it. In addition, she took it a step further and made sure I wouldn’t need a follow up med for a yeast infection (yay female physicians). Great visit. Wonderful caring physician.

My virtual visit was scheduled at 10:40 am and started at exactly 10:40. Was prescribed an antibiotic that helped me feel better in less than 24hrs. The antibiotic was called in quickly . Scheduling and payment process was very easy.

Wonderful and efficient
The appointment was scheduled quickly and on time. The medical personnel was observant and precise.
Long wait time,- not seen during scheduled time, kind of confusing registration set up. Camera is very hard to direct if you try to show something on the body
The virtual provider was great and kind but the waiting time was very long. My appointment was 5-5:20, but I was being seen at 5:45 I almost thought won’t be possible to be seen. It is slightly frustrated because it lost the purpose of convenience for virtual visit
