The doctor was very attentive, supportive and helpful. I have a very bad sinus infection, she called in a good antibiotic that should hopefully take care of it.

My health incident required diagnostic equipment that cannot be found at Urgent Care but the doc immediately referred me over to the emergency room at the hospital. Everyone was very professional and courteous.
I was really impressed with the virtual visit at Prisma Health urgent care. I really didn’t feel driving to the Urgent today and was able to make a virtual appointment. The Dr. was polite and friendly and prescribed a couple of medications for me.
