Dr Hood was so nice. I felt that she actually cared about me and my care. She explained things very well, listened to me and my needs, and quickly came to a diagnosis and sent of prescriptions. She went above in beyond besides just prescribing the antibiotic, she prescribed something to help with symptoms as well.
Nance was so kind and took the time to explain how the virtual visit works—she made everything so easy to understand! Dr. Hood was amazing and really took the time to go over my treatment plan. Thank you both for such a great experience!

Being out of town, I was having problems with my phone yet through the entire process EVERYONE that worked with me made it possible for the virtual visit to finally happen.
