It was quick and easy. I loved not having to leave home and yet was able to talk to real person about my symptoms.
The Healthcare provider immediately introduced herself by name and credentials. She actively listened and knew, exactly, how to remedy my situation. She also discussed further protocols, if necessary. Definitely thankful for her professionalism and courtesy.
