Told them of my symptoms from the get-go 2x. Then get to the room and doctor orders an EKG. Comes back and says sorry, we can't help you, you need to go to the ER and they call an ambulance. They do not tell you that they are not equipped to do any bloodwork, labs, etc. Don't put URGENT in the name, if you can't treat something that is urgent.

Lexington urgent care on Knox Abbot in West Columbia is the place to go when you are sick! They can do bloodwork, X-rays, CT scan, MRI or anything else you may need and the best part, the wait is not long at all! I’m a Prisma employee and I will not be going back! They put my credit card on file and said they would take money out for anything that wasn’t covered under my visit! Front desk and nursing staff were amazing. Dr. Greene didn’t do an actual exam. Didn’t spend five minutes with me.
I had to go wait over 2hrs. & the doctor was supposed to give me shot in

Dr. Henry was rude and condescending. He made up his mind about my test results before entering the room or examining me and refused to consider any documentation from two of my other doctors. He gave me a quick exam and refused to make eye contact with me or my mother. Very unprofessional.
