First, let me thank each and everyone. The young lady at the front desk was phenomenal!! I was in so much pain and couldn’t think where my insurance info, she took time to help get me registered.. Some people will not go that far. The MA/nurse was extremely patient and supportive. NP Posey was so sweet and pleasant. I work in the industry and it is sometimes rare that we can find such a sweetheart. Thank you all for being who you are. Sincerely,
My daughter and I just completed a visit to this office, she was in a lot of discomfort when we arrived. At the front desk, Nina, was super helpful and understanding getting us registered. Then, Karen listened to all of our concerns and took great care of her during triage.Our physician Yasmine took the time to listen and get to know my daughter a bit. Everyone was professional and courteous.
The nurse practitioner was amazing. She listened to what I had to say and cared about the things that had been bothering me that other providers shrugged off.
