The ladies I dealt with yesterday were phenomenal! The facility was clean! The dr listened to my concerns and gave me a thorough work up with lab testing. I will return to this facility in the future should I need an urgent care. . 💯

Told them of my symptoms from the get-go 2x. Then get to the room and doctor orders an EKG. Comes back and says sorry, we can't help you, you need to go to the ER and they call an ambulance. They do not tell you that they are not equipped to do any bloodwork, labs, etc. Don't put URGENT in the name, if you can't treat something that is urgent.

Lexington urgent care on Knox Abbot in West Columbia is the place to go when you are sick! They can do bloodwork, X-rays, CT scan, MRI or anything else you may need and the best part, the wait is not long at all! I’m a Prisma employee and I will not be going back! They put my credit card on file and said they would take money out for anything that wasn’t covered under my visit!
