High recommend PLS property management. As an out of state investor its crucial to have a great property management and boots on the ground. They handled everything efficiently and communicated well. Their investor portal is great and easy to use. I've dealt with other property managers in Peoria and they all fall short of the service you get with PLS.
Maybe if yall were nicer to staff you'd get stuff fixed faster. I've been nothing but nice. stuff is fixed within 2/3 days.... reasonable to me.
Miss Hope has always helped me out. Professional leasing came in and fixed up our apartment complex and actally care about me & my kids
