Bad, just bad. Rude, incompetent. If you want heat or air-conditioning you won't get them here. Seriously, they will not fix either and you will go months without either as my 80 yr old father has experienced year after year. He does not want to have to move and us too nice for his own good. But I called about broken air-conditioning last summer and still not fixed. They told me to ",open my windows" $1200 a month. Disgusting. I rented an apartment through PLS and really like the apartment itself, on this inside. But that is where the positives end. The grounds are not taken care of at all and for nice apartments they put zero effort into general maintenance. This past summer three of my neighbors went without A/C for weeks at a time which makes me uneasy. It is concerning to me how many neighbors that II have spoken with that have had negative feedback about their experience with PLS.

If I could give less than one star I would. I have a laundry list of complaints about time living in a PLS property. Fortunately my time under their terrible management is almost done and I would not ever consider living in any of their properties. I have talked to countless neighbors who would agree, this is not a good company to rent from

Don't rent from this "company" if you want to live comfortably. They don't take care of their apartments, are rude to deal with and I have had a very unpleasant experience living on their property. If you look at their webpage you will see that a lot of people agree

Dint rent here unless you want rude staff, issues that are not addressed, maintenance issues not resolved and then BS written in response to your review. Nice apartment run by slum lords. My A/C doesn't work and I was told that legally if I can open a window and have a fan then they don't have to do anything about it. And they won't . I didn't have A/C for I we a mint last summer and but they claim everything is addressed. They don't plow, fix your A/C, sweep the steps, do any general maintenance on the grounds and they are ... read more

I wrote a review earlier which Tamera over at PLS did not like. So she called me, was rude, threatening and still refuses to help with my maintenance concern. I got a response on my review that was full of lies. So in addition to my first review, my problem still persists, they will still not address the issue and now they are lying in response to my review.

The worst leasing experience/apartment living experience I have ever seen. Also the most expensive. Landlord does nothing, you can not expect to have A/C, heat, plowed driveways or any other issue listened to or addressed, let alone fixed. If you look at their webpage you can see my whole review with details along with a bunch of other unsatisfied tenants saying the same thing. Rent somewhere else, thank me later
