I would recommend. The homes are beautiful and well maintained. Luz Cruz is amazing, the best customer service I’ve come across. She’s so pleasant and willing to answer any and every question she could. I really appreciate her and the team.

Luz cruz with progress residential is very helpful and knowledgeable. She does her best in helping the tenants with their needs and inquiries. Writing this review to thank Luz Cruz, Account Manager for her outstanding customer service and timely assistance with resolving a utilities fee that I was unable to resolve using the 1-800 customer service number. She was assigned the case, promptly reached out to me, understood my issue, and resolved in less than 24 hours.
