To whom it may concern: People are used to always complain when they don’t like the way there treated, but they never say when one receives and excellent service. I had the pleasure of meeting Mrs. Luz Cruz from the plantation office. I had never had anyone treating me the way she did. They are the worst still haven't fixed anything on the property contacted a lawyer and the city to file a suit maybe instead of just collecting rent they will consider fixing around the property city inspectors are finally coming progress residential is going to get what they deserve
Do not go there they tried to scam us to pay by western union money orders they took our deposit and heard 0 reported to Ftc and local law enforcement
Live in a box before signing any lease with them , talk about random charges. And fees make you wonder do they care about tenants or just squeezing you out of everything you have and not to mention they're always trying their best to keep every dime of your deposit. Scammer and thieves

Luz Cruz is the BEST when I tell y'all she's been my go to person for the last 3 1/2 years I mean that she's very knowledgeable and there hasn't been a time that I've reached out to her and she hasn't gotten back to me in sufficient enough time rather it's phone, text, emails etc. That's my girl foreverrrr if you have any questions, concerns, or even problems she will help and if she can't she's definitely gonna direct you in the right place and or people when I tell you if I can give her a promotion I would LUZ CRUZ is amaz... read more
