By far the best experience I have had in the time that i am renting. The management company Progress Residentia,l especially Luz Cruz is the best Account Manager I have ever dealt with. She was extremely fast in responding and resolving the issue. I think that in times of need, like now with the Covid-19 Pandemia, Progress Residential is doing a great job helping the renters and the owners. They do not try to blame anybody but help. Thanks.
