Stay away! These people are crooks they will rob you of your security deposits they never answer customer requests they never fix anything wrong with their houses and there’s thousands of people out there that are petition against them. Do yourself a favor and check the reviews and you’ll find that a lot of news channels are cracking down on them and a lot of people in law-enforcement agencies are cracking down on them stay away

If you can beat it do whatever you can to not rent from this company. It is currently 113° out and they’re telling me they don’t have anyone available to look at my AC and I can’t call anyone to look at it. 0 Stars

Paying rent is a responsibility but being SCAMED AND ROBBED is a serious issue. Not only you have to pay a monthly rent but also their ridiculous "FEES" and "Violations" like if it was a business to scam easily now. Waiting for my lease to be over and pass this horrible chapter. PS. I'm not Santa Claus to be giving you guys free cash every month! Karma is a B. Don't delete this message because it'll go viral.

I found some rentals listed in the Mesa area. Called to ask about one and if the rent was negotiable since the company is charging $300 above market value and seems to have bought everything a ton of homes in the area so they can essentially try to set the market rate. Sad sad sad. Greedy company and then when I asked about the two year lease deals they tell me every year the rent will increase and it give me no discount just the ability to negotiate the rent increase at the beginning of the year. Absolute worst property management company we have ever dealt with. We had issues before we even moved into this property and should’ve declined the home because it only got worse after move in. Service requests are never handled the first time, pool service which was included was almost never done correctly, fees are charged without explanation and NO ONE will return your call. Well, it's a good thing y'all don't delete comments, because from now until I find justice from your company I will continue to let everyone know how much of a horrible company you are. Instead of replying with asshole comments, start replying with solutions! Spend some time calling customers and apologizing for all the horrible service you give them daily!

To whom it may concern: This is the second time I spoke with David McNutt. I informed him of the situation and our needs for a better renewal rate and to be frank he was very careless and insensitive to us. He made me feel like my concerns were unecessasry and disnt affect the outcome of our lease renewal. I told him the water heater is about to go out and we have hot water for showers for only 20 minutes.
