This will take more than a few words. Any time we have tried to contact our property manager via phone, we don't get an answer nor do we get a return phone call. Any time we have tried to contact anyone via email we don't get a response. We had an issue where there was a discrepancy with my husband's paycheck, after many tries to contact someone, I was told to pay online before the first so i can pay only the rent portion and pay the utilities a week later.
