My stove and water heater stopped working. I submitted maintenance request. It was immediately cancelled and wasn't notified. I had to send an email to find out it was escalated to has company. They couldn't explain why the gas was turned off. I sent another email updating you on the gas situation and I asked for a copy of my payment history and I was told sorry you don't handle those requests. I still would like copies of my payment history because each month I'm being charged for two months of certain utilities?

My wife and I have been tenants in this home for 3 years now. It seems each year or every new lease that is offered is worse than the last. A 3 to 5 % increase is understandable. But the lease renewal is showing way more. Apparently because of the market. This makes no sense since the market is down right now. No services are offered during renewal ( carpet replacement, or shampoo, tile service, grout or buff) . I had verbally called & electronically requested someone 2 come out & address why smoke detectors kept going off....no it wasn't batteries, twice fire dept came out. Someone (Patrick) finally came out, replaced 3 out 5 detectors & stated he couldn't replace in more cos he didn't have ladder that would reach (hmmm after stating what issue was, comes unprepared) stated he would come back next day & that he would also fix coasters on sliding door....never has come back, same nite he was here they went off, called him he didn't ... read more
Horrible company to rent from. Would never rent again. They are thieves.
The constant raising of rent for good tenants isn't a way to keep them. If they pay on time and don't have a bunch of issues with the HOA or law enforcement you should actually offer them an incentive to stay. Keeping rent at the rate they signed their original lease for and maybe a professional carpet cleaning would help both parties. I will refuse to stay in my home any longer than my current lease of my rent is just going to keep increasing without any upgrades, or repairs happening.

I have a issue with the utility services. They have now doubled billed me for electric calling it "catch up" and I have paid my bills every month. This is unacceptable in my eyes. I cannot choose a power plan that works for us. I cannot see a breakdown of my bills. I am charged $120 a year for them to mess up my bills.
