I had an all around terrible experience they told me I was approved and denied twice and which sounds crazy because of the way I uploaded my ID I was denied went back in up loaded it correctly and was approved mind you they DO NOT CALL like most places they only email 🚩 red flag number one !! So now I’m approved and they give me a run down it’s already $300 paid holding fee and application asking $4300 all wasn’t due immediately it was 7 days before move in so I had time submitted $2550 for them to withdraw from my account ... read more

Horrible service and experience with this company! We moved in May 19th and have had AC issues almost weekly! Current temp inside is 79°. The house didn’t come with screens for any of the windows and they refuse to fix the AC properly and give us screens for airflow when it stops working! I would not recommend renting from them!

Progress houses are under constant police and video surveillance due to all the drugs and crime they bring into these neighborhoods. You will be watched and recorded at all times by police, neighbors, and neighborhood watches. Avoid being reported to police and sued by avoiding this company. Heed this warning, along with all the other 1-star reviews. Progress should be shut down. It's too bad we cannot leave "0" stars.

This rental company is complete and utter garbage. I have never had a positive experience with company, maintenance, or customer service. I resigned my lease for a 2x4 box of a "house" and they increased rent by almost $200. We are college students paying way too much for a house of this size. To add to that, we have had maintenance requests that have never been fulfilled and the house was in horrible shape when we moved in and they have required us to fix those from our own pockets when the house was falling apart when we m... read more

These rental houses are surrounded by ANGRY homeowners who actively report tenants to the police, neighborhood homeowners associations, and attorneys in protest of renters. EXPOSED: Progress Residential is GROSSLY UNETHICAL and FRAUDULENT. The corporation acquires these homes in owner-occupied neighborhoods by posing as an individual man, JAKE SMITH, and CONNING SELLERS. Progress Residential is managing the rentals at the Loso Walk community in Charlotte. There are 80+ townhouses in the community. I am renting one of the townhouses 1) If you own a car, look elsewhere. There is a major lack of parking in the development. Though the development was designed as a "walking community" with access to the light rail station, there were no limits put in place for how many cars each resident can have. awful! You’ll be on hold for hours, they take dayssss for soo called emergency maintenance requests. They barely respond! Can’t wait to move away from this company

This company is unbelievable the amount of money that comes into this company. You would think they would actually care about the residences and do as they say. I pay my rent faithfully but still waiting on Progress Residential to make accurate repairs and honor their motto.
