Just spoke with Lacey about a work order. She was horrible and obviously could have cared less about my issue. If you are going to have people communicate with your renters you may want to teach them to at least act like they care. Very poor manager service, she wasted my time and my money. She kept asking for income and history information and once I give her what she asked for she asks for something else. Don't deal with them they'll waste your money and your time
Progress Residential is the absolute Worst. The staff is rude. The houses are overpriced. There are too many hidden fees which they don't tell you about until almost a year later. Then they expect you to back pay all of it immediately otherwise they threaten to evict you and your family. Progress is just another greedy company that lacks compassion or respect for their renters.
