The staff was friendly and welcoming. The environment was warm and judgement free. This was my first time and it won't be my last. This will be my dentist now. From the moment you wall through those doors the warm reception from the front desk staff to the hygienist and doctors were off the chart. Andrea was awesome her customer service was excellent. We had a wonderful experience today at Progressive Dental. My disabled sister needed some dental work.The Dentist Dr. Brian Blanchard and his staff that assisted him were compassionate and considerate to my sister, as well as myself. We appreciated the care we both received. I would recommend the office on Hooper Rd in Endwell, NY if you need any dental work. They were wonderful.
Progressive Dental has always gone above and beyond to make my experience with them comfortable and professional. Every staff member says hello with a smile, and most know me by name. My hygenist,Joan was very good and thorough. My teeth and gums feel great & she helped me through making a decision concerning a treatment plan for an ailing tooth
I was looking for a new dentist closer to my place of work. Scheduled a cleaning with Progressive Dental in Endwell. They took x-rays, but did not clean my teeth. I haven’t had a cavity in over 10 years. Dentist comes in and proceeds to tell me that I have 5 “surfaces”. I ask what a “surface” is, they tell me that it is a cavity. Then they promptly tell me that total charges for the xrays and cavities would be $1,540…..BUT my insurance would cover $1,500 of it.
