Awful Experience Very bad experience so far. My air conditioning broke on Wednesday and I got to come home to a sweltering apartment. I called and left a message for maintenance and they never called, showed up, or even acknowledged me. I did my best to sleep in the hot unit. I called again this morning-nothing. I called the office Thursday and was told someone would be out to fix the issue since it was above 80 degrees. Verified Renter Convenient location, nice neighborhood, variety of unit floor plans but horrific trash service, rules not enforced regarding garbage nor animals.
Verified Renter Ryan is really nice and was very helpful with picking out an apartment. I really like my apartment and I love the view. Promenade is close to so many great places to go.
Great location The building is not well built or maintained. It's always noisy with outside noise, noise in the hallways, noise from the vents and noise from the pipes in the walls. No sound proofing between floors. Garage gate is regularly broken, security doors are regularly broken. Burned out lights all over the property. No security company to call. Apartment office regularly does not turn on phones to contact them while the offices are open. They ask residents to submit issues through an app that seems to break down occ... read more

Verified Renter The complex is nice and the apartment features are good. good thing you don't hear people walking but the floor does squeak. along with being quiet so far but no one lives around me can't say how quiet it will be when full.
