Verified Renter Community and neighbors are all lovely. Management is lackluster. Not terrible. Not outstanding. I got 17 emails about the same issue when one was sufficient. Pet waste stations are not regularly maintained. Our apartment was not move-in ready and our keys didnt work on the first day; we have been living here for two months and have heard no apology from the property manager or our leasing agent. Verified Renter Only been here for 2 weeks. So far it's fine. Gate seems to broken all the time which make it difficult for resident parking as spots are taken up by guests. Office hours don't seem to correlate with the phones as I haven't had luck with call getting answered. Other than that. All seems fine.

Awful Experience Very bad experience so far. My air conditioning broke on Wednesday and I got to come home to a sweltering apartment. I called and left a message for maintenance and they never called, showed up, or even acknowledged me. I did my best to sleep in the hot unit. I called again this morning-nothing. I called the office Thursday and was told someone would be out to fix the issue since it was above 80 degrees. Verified Renter Convenient location, nice neighborhood, variety of unit floor plans but horrific trash service, rules not enforced regarding garbage nor animals.
