Verified Renter I think that Promenade Las Colinas is a great community. Apartments are well made and spacious. Common areas look great. Staff is friendly and helpful. The location near the lake and within Las Colinas urban center is ideal. There many restaurants, pubs and even a cinema within walking distance (10 mins). The tram stop is just behind the building. One can use it to go to both airports or into Dallas city center. Lake Carolyn borders are also ideal to walk the dog or running. I am very satisfied with the place... read more

Verified Renter While I am satisfied with many aspects of the community, these concerns over security,cleanliness,and the ability of non residents to monopolize the facilities that I pay for and after hour disturbances negate any satisfaction I might have. I personally know many residents have these same concerns and some have relocated because of these concerns.

Great place to stay The move-in process was really smooth. Sarah was very helpful and all my concerns were addressed almost immediately every time. The hallways are clean and the entry points are secured well.

Worst apartment in las Colinas. I do not recommend this property at all. So ready for my lease to be over. It’s been the worst experience I’ve had in my 12 years of living in Dallas apartments. 1. When I moved in garage sticker didn't work because it was entered incorrectly. (Lack of diligence which you will see is a constant for the management at this property as you read the rest of this review) 2. Verified Renter I would highly recommend living at the Promenade. The apartments are well maintained and ready upon move-in. They have luxury finishes and GE appliances. The amenities are top notch and in working order, club house is available after office hours as well. The application process was efficient and convenient and offer many variations in floor plans that are way more unique than the average matchbox apartments these days.
