No longer the same Promenade Terrace used to be a nice place, this is in the sense of the property and staff. Sure they've done remodeling around the complex. But have ignored the tenants complaints and requests. The focus has been more on the front of the property and have forgotten about the tenants that live in the upper section of the property by the dog park. Verified Renter Too many upgrades and not enough attention to the actual residents. There is crime in these apartments all the time and it used to be a nice place to live. Renewal lease is coming and I am sure with all the upgrades rent will be ridiculous overpriced. Very disappointed resident who has been here since 2018 and loved living here until this last year.

Verified Renter Expensive place to live neighbors can be a bit loud. Good luck if you have maintenance issues. Bugs in the summer time. You pay for pest control but still have rodents and roaches. Especially in the summer time. We've gone over this over the years with the office and we were told to clean better to deter the bugs. Other than that it's fine.
