Verified Renter Peaceful community with friendly neighbors, amazing staff, ample parking and incredible ambiance throughout the day and night. The apartments themselves are well-maintained and quiet. You cant hear your neighbors when you are inside and you cant hear each other if your both in the rooms with the door shut which is rare in an apartment home community.

Verified Renter Everything about our move-in experience has been wonderful. The management team has been responsive, informative and helpful from beginning to end. The online virtual tour was easy and the application and lease signing process being done all online made it where we could handle it on our time between working shifts so we didnt have to make several trips to the property. Resort style town homes. My family and I lived here for about 2 months now and absolutely love it here. Very friendly management as well as Maintance. Jordan the manager and Gabby the leasing consultant are very friendly professional and eager to help and in any way they can. Maintance is very knowledgeable Rich is my favorite very outgoing but I like them all as well just don’t remember there names. Return Deposit I went in today around 5:10pm today to get my deposit. The lady at the desk told me to take a seat in the lounge area next to the exercise room. The young lady came out and said, we can't give you a deposit back because 72 hours have passed. I told her I came by on yesterday(Sunday the 3rd of March) and they were closed. I personally would not refer my worst enemy to live here let alone someone I cared about, not even for the $250 referral offered as an incentive. Since 2016 there have been 5 managers and no less than 30 maintenance technicians’ replacements -Staff has poor follow-through, phones often go unanswered. Vehicles often parked for days, weeks, months without moving - Often garages are used as storage units - Office staffs catchphrase for maintenance issues "that's not considered an emergency"
Didn't even make it to the tour Tried emailing and calling and left multiple messages to take a tour. Finally just drove up there from Huntington Beach to attempt a walk in but nope!! "Future tenet parking" was used up by actual tenets. Leasing was closed w/o any explanation during business hours. Wasn't out for lunch either becasue we stuck around and kept calling to no avail.
