Loud neighbor We lived here for a few months now and so glad we didn’t do a 1 year lease. We live downstairs and even though we have a 10 pm rule, my upstairs neighbor has his music on so loud almost to 11 pm. My husband and I work early and we have to get up at 3 am in the morning. I emailed the office and asked if we can move to a different apartment. All I get was that we are sorry that the noise awaken you.
