Greg Garrett Property Management has managed our home for several years. We hired them after having issues with a previous company who basically wanted to collect a fee from us for doing nothing. GGPM has always notified us with issues reported by our renter as well as problems with the renters. If you are an owner, GGPM will work for the fee you pay them. They do regular inspections in order to address any problems that the renter has failed to report. As a renter, GGPM will do their best to ensure the home you are living in is in tip-top shape. I agree that the person who posted earlier that you get what you pay for - if you are trying to get by on the cheapest rent, you probably are dealing with some cheap landlords. I love that GGPM allows me as the owner to make decisions on how to fix issues in my own home. That means I can choose the best route, not necessarily the cheapest route. This is important to me as I fully intend to return to this home to live in.

We have had our house rented with Greg Garrett for 8 years. We have had very few issues and found them to be very responsive to our requests. We would recommend them as a management company. They have been good at keeping us informed and are friendly to deal with.

I have rented with Gregg Garrett for two years going on three. I have been pleased with the company. Our contact person is a pleasure to work with and is quick to resolve any maintenance issues that may arise. I try to maintain the property as if it were my own and am fortunate the owner of the property allows GGMT to fix/update items that need replaced or repaired. Maintenance staff is very professional as well. Thank you for the pleasant experience.

I ve used GGRPM to manage my properties for over 10 years; No relationship is perfect, but reading the litany of whining and complaints proves that social media provides the same information as most reality shows.
The staff has always been professional and have ALWAYS responded to any concern I have had in a timely manner and rarely does that encompass a second day. There are occasional issues between tenants, company, and owners, but the tenant needs to be as responsible as the owner and I can only speak for myself. They have taken very good care of our investment.
The contractors that do the work on my properties also worked on my own home,, so things occur and everything is not always perfect, but things sometimes break, then they get fixed. Sometimes renters need to ask about the people that own the property, some are not as responsive as others - that is your due diligence; Just because the price is good, doesn t make it a deal.
With that being said - from my property mgr Amy and Erica her assistant, as well as other people on the staff, GGRPM is always looking to improve the product and the service they provide to both tenant and renter. I have been more than satisfied with the work they have done for the past decade.

I've read these reviews and they're all terrible... but I must say I've rented my home from them for three years and hardly had any problems. Most of the issues that arose were outside of the control of my property managers and there was a conscious effort to get them fixed. I pay my rent on time and I take care of my home and I get treated with respect in return. It seems that people only get on these reviews when they're angry, so let me just be the one person to say, I've had no problems and I don't feel like I'm at all dealing with a sub par company.

I recently visited Greg Garrett Property Management about a couple homes they had listed for rent. Unlike most other rental companies they did not make me go through the entire application process before I got to see the properties. I was asked to fill out something they called a guest card and gave them a copy of my ID and pay stub. Everyone was really nice and I looked at two houses about 10-15 minutes later. Overall it was a great experience, and I will be looking at more homes soon.

Dave Caggiano is the best
Our realtor, Dave Caggiano is great. He works extremely hard and is always very professional. He worked hard to sell our house in a tough market and did so in 2 weeks. I highly recommend him as both a buyer and a seller.
