I've ordered a few pairs of headlight housings and never had a problem, transaction always smooth and they came quick. Recently I ordered a pair of LED taillights, one of which began filling with moisture during heavy rain and the chrome was turning black. I only noticed this and contacted protuninglab on or near the last day of their 30-day guarantee, and actually got a prompt response for a friday evening. Like the idea that I was able call Protuning lab and ask if what I was ordering for my son truck was the right thing. Also liked the idea that I was told to call back if I need help after receiving the lights and was installing then. They made my son truck look good and made him happy.
