Ordered cross bars for my roof rack 2013 rav4, it was easy to place the order online, they were delivered 3 days later, they keep me informed of the shipping status by emailing me. My lights went out in less than a year. I had to order new bulbs and nobody sells them around here. I also had to replace the balast. They should hold up longer than that.

I didn't really have an adequate opportunity to rate ProTuningLab as the item that I had ordered was found to be out of stock, this after they had sent me an email (complete with tracking number) indicating that the item had been shipped, they did subsequently credit my account.
First i was'nt sure if i'm gonna get my order cause i never order on line. I was surprise i got my order not only on time but the product so great and did intall it in very short time. No extra wiring to hook up very straight forward installation and work like a charm. Thank you protunning lab, you guys are really professional. I love my headlights and my slk350 looks like 2013 now with LED Lights. Thanks a lot.
