I ordered a few items at once because it said that they were in stock at the time. I received my taillights but the found out that the headlights are on backorder. This is fine, your customer service tried to offer me another product in stock but I want the lights I ordered. All I want is a date or ETA when its going to be shipped out, but no ETA was given to me still. I've ordered a few pairs of headlight housings and never had a problem, transaction always smooth and they came quick. Recently I ordered a pair of LED taillights, one of which began filling with moisture during heavy rain and the chrome was turning black. I only noticed this and contacted protuninglab on or near the last day of their 30-day guarantee, and actually got a prompt response for a friday evening.
