Product worked well compared to competitions product that did not work.

I ordered a set of headlights with HID's installed and received a tracking number and notice that items shipped. The FedEx number just showed that a tracking number had been electronically issued. I emailed them and did receive a quick response that they needed a day to install the HID's but that the anti flicker capacitor wiring would not be in until the end of the week.
