Horrible horrible horrible
Where going on 10 days no word on wether or not anything was shipped or not but i guess they got their money that was the most important thing. But we shall see if i get anything or not
I got the upgrade bulbs for low beam the one they tell you to get and it doesn't fit it's really loose that it can easily fall right out if you pay for the upgraded should fit and the part that holds the bulb in on the high beam is loose so both low beam and high beams are going to shake while you're driving unacceptable for how much you pay for it I will never go through them again
Pretty bad company for letting somebody order something that ain't even in stock and going to be months before it's in stock
I placed an order about 2 weeks ago and have not received the order or an update on the shipping status. Which goes against the estimated 2-4 business days. I hope it actually gets shipped out soon.
The connector's are not for OEM connectors. Where am I supposed to find a business that is electrical geniuses that can rewire my OEM connectors to these new connectors?? Waste of money!!!!
I ordered spoked headlights for my 2013 suburban and the harness on my suv does not match up like the video emailed all the push pis connect but the bulbs themselves do not fit what so ever.
The tabs for cooling fans were in the wrong places
I bought headlights under the assumption that they would come LED equipped headlights and to my amazement they were normal HID headlights. That's after paying approximately $185.00 plus an extra 36.99 per headlight to have LED's installed. WHAT A SCAM! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT PURCHASING FROM PRO TUNING LABS!
