Paid a couple of hundred dollars in labor just to get these installed on one side and tell me they can’t do the passenger side because the units don’t come with the proper bracket mounting points. So no I don’t have new headlights and have to go through pain of having to try and get these refunded.
After placing a order, I got a email almost immediately asking for a review, then the following day they sent a email saying the item was never available on their site. Seems like a scam center looking to get people's information, so they can sell it. I will never do business with them again. That was my first time ordering from them.
The exhaust didn’t quite fit. It scrapes. Got to cut and reweld it so it doesn’t scrape
So one star until resolved. Or scammers? 6 days now. No tracking at all. Only a number.
Received my headlights with incorrect male and female connections, aswell as my ballast never working.
I couldn’t get the right turn signal to work. I called the tech support number that was on the paper inside the box & was told they couldn’t help me because ProTuningLabs is a re-seller. So o called the number in the email. Worthless! They wanted a video & pictures of it not working. I asked them if they thought I was making this up. Have not received a tracking number yet order # 796940
the holes weren’t big enough to fit into the truck and i ordered led headlight bulbs with the housings and they never showed. very disappointed in the customer service because i emailed the company about the headlight bulbs that never showed and i never got a response. if you want to order headlights, get them somewhere else. this was awful.
