It’s been 5 business days and I’ve yet to even get a shipped confirmation let alone receive an order number or package.
the wiring diagram was not the same with the harness and relay included
It’s been a week and order has yet to ship - not much in regards to updates on expected ship date other than your order ins being processed
2nd order of headlights . Housing was not water proof. DRL went out
Ordered a pair of headlights 15 February 2023. One unit started leaking a few months after installation. Due to personal family issues I waited until the 12th month of the one-year warranty. PTL has refused to honor their warranty or stand behind their product quality. Using the PTL calendar the warranty starts a day before the order was made not when the units are received. I would not purchase any products from this company and run away from any company actively trying to make unhappy customers.
Y'all think I'm stupid or something? You're going to ship me some tiny looking headlights that's plastic and it looks like it's made for a kids toy. Are you freaking kidding me?
Missing parts. Contacted customer service and parts were supposed to be expedited. Still no parts day later or shipping info. No confirmation if they will even ship in the next few days. I had very limited time to install these and now I can’t. Very frustrating and disappointing.
The led part doesn't work
I have not received item, it is hard to review something you dont have. Maybe so communication would go a long way here.
