Terrible company. Never received tracking number. Customer service couldn’t track down package to know when it would be delivered, didn’t know which warehouse the lights were coming from which could have been California or South Carolina….huge difference.
Bought a pair of headlights spent over $500. Once I receive them I installed them following the instructions but one side wouldn’t lite up all the leds I contacted customer service to see if they would exchange it They said they will only do exchange returns if I send a deposit if 250 (basically buy another another one) And then return the defect one for a refund. Website is not up-to-date with current inventory. Placed an order when it was in stock and now immediately it is on backorder.
They fit like crap and are not worth the money
I ordered a headlight with led lightbulbs and my left lightbulb doesn’t even work
There is no way for me to modify shipping address
It is obvious that a reseller could careless about customer satisfaction. After asking for a replacement and finally a refund you would think that they are hurting for money making any and every attempt to keep all the money for a product by stating that if there is not original packaging why bother since they will not take any of the items back. Package came damaged and they refused to allow me to return the product. Very unhappy with this company, I would not recommend to anyone.
Trying to get the exhaust leak out of the Titan. This site was super quick, the other site wouldn't even let me enter the truck description, and calling the number was a total joke. No speak ENGLISH!!!
