They'll take your money for an item then return it without even an explanation as to why
The housing is set up wrong. I had to file them to get the harness to fit correctly. Very disappointed.
I ordered some clear headlights for my 97 f250, the quality is the worst I’ve ever seen and they will not line up no matter what you do… don’t waste your money
I received a text saying they need more info with a link that doesn't work! Either actually get in touch with me or refund my money!
You send a survey when all I need are the parts I ordered. For that oversight, I offer you 1 star. "How did we do?" Not to good so far...
Purchase not recommended. These lights have a stupid silver lining around them when it should have been all black. And the inserts for the bulbs don't click in like stock. Or a standard aftermarket light. There is specs of a sealant paint on the back side of the lights. & the quality of the glass looks extremely cheap. If these break I'm scrapping them & buying quality lights.
I bought a driver's side mirror as a replacement for a broken mirror on my truck. The description said it was a direct replacement for the OEM mirror on my truck. It's shaped the same, but isn't the same as the OEM towing mirror. The lights were different and were smoked instead of amber (the description said amber). I wrote to them, and they said that I should have read the description closer. I asked if I could return the mirror. They said that I would be responsible for the shipping and would only get 2/3 of what I paid f... read more
