Wording on the links lacks clarity.
One of the tail lights broke after installation and fell out while I was driving and I asked if I could just buy the side that broke and fell out and they said no best I can do is give you 5% off like a tail light should not just break off where it gets bolted in and fall out the plastic that had the screws is still on the truck so shouldn’t have just broke off and fell out while driving ridiculous !
Due to my billing address not being the same as shipping, they said they would not do business with me.....
I really can't give much more of a review being that I only ordered yesterday and have not yet received anything yet, to update , as of 9/29 now my order is on back order.
1200 miles and no change. Not impressed and less than impressed with the instructions about the “Reset Button” referred to and the constant flickering green light even when the vehicle is off and locked.
Needed parts by a deadline and they cancelled my order without notifying me. Not thrilled. Will try to order again and will re-review when the time comes.
i need 123$ dollars back for you and to cancel an order. your site is completely not user friendly. i paid twice for one item.
They have great customer service but are a reseller and the manufacturer they go through does not stand behind their product. Ordered a dna full exhaust and fitment was completely off. Oxygen sensor locations were incorrect and interfere with moving parts and the body of the vehicle. The exhaust was too short to reach factory exhaust hangers by 4 inches. They tell you they have your product. Then you get it, and it's not the product that they claimed it would fit your car. So then you take pictures, and tell you can't return it. That you should sell it instead.
